Individual Pizzas! Homemade sauce, thinly sliced mozzarella cheese, and cute little pitas.

I’m learning how to cook!! My mom is teaching me the basics of cooking. I’m talking all types of sauces from scratch, how to combine food items to make simple, quick meals, how to feed lots of people, and how to just feed myself. It’s awesome. So far I’ve made the following:
Calzones
Stir Fry
Mac & Cheese
Peanut Chicken Pasta (fetuccini tossed in peanut sauce, topped in pasta)
and
Pizza with homemade marinara sauce.
I’m thinking of documenting my cooking progress by posting pictures. Starting with tonight’s pizza…after its done that is.

Summer Album
In the attempt to get myself to write more music, a goal has been set.
Part 1 of said goal:
Write and gig with Dear Creek.
Part 2:
Write and record an album of indie folk music with global influences, featuring such instruments as singing saw, djembe, and dulcimer. All played by me.
This’ll be fun.
